I do mostly just without sugar (also the hidden one like in juice) and convenience food. But overall I eat the same like before. Changing eating habits caused me to loose about approx. 2 kgs. Doing sports (strength + endurance training) for about 1-2 hours per week raises my weight again because muscles are more weightful than fat ;) Maybe I will try a fasting cure soon (for like 3 to 5 days and only drinking lots of water). |

I try to not consume carbohydrates. That worked for me best. I can eat more or less the same way like before but i try to eat eggs at night and no spagehtti or white bread anymore. Can you tell me which food you consume currently? |

Changing sporting and eating habits helped a lot. |
