I want to lose weight

Pro-tip for drinking water, get a Sodastream and enjoy the cool carbonated drinking water satisfaction. :D |

Good news everyone! Leaving out ALL the snacks has been surprisingly easy, in fact it's been a non-issue. Just making a conscious decision not to open the fridge and getting a glass of water instead has worked fine for me, I don't even get any sort of cravings for food..! Also I've downsized the portions and try to eat only enough to get past the hunger instead of filling myself to the brim. Bad news everyone! I might be an alcoholic. Leaving out binge-drinking on days off has been incredibly difficult and I've lapsed several times. It feels stupid to try to live healthily otherwise and then down a fucking case of beer in one night. Add some red wine here and a glass of whisky there during the weeks and the energy intake from boozing gets rather insane.. I've got some meditative self-reflection to do. |

I've always wanted to lose weight to improve my self-esteem, but lately I've also felt like a walking corpse. I feel constantly ill and I've recognized it also having an effect to my mental well-being. So here goes nothing. Fix me beautiful! |
