I want to lose weight
I got tired of people making fun of me being "too fat to f***". I completed my first triathlon in August 2017. Currently I'm doing powerlifting 3x/week.
My tools:
I was diagnosed with ADHD-PI (predominantly inattentive) in July 2015. Only the ADHD medication (methylphenidate) finally gave me the possibility and tools to get the weight loss going, because it lowered my impulsity and surpressed my appetite.
My three weight loss principles:
Nice loss in a month. Keep on the good work. Cheers \o/ |

Every once in a while you hit a "wall" where nothing seems to happen for a couple of weeks. Hang in there! |

Grrr. I'm pulling my jeans up all the time (should wear a belt) and can almost fit to the next smaller size, but scales seem to think nothing's happening. Frustrating! I feel thinner, why doesn't it show in measurable way? D: |

I think it's going to take me two weeks to get to the previous weight every time if I eat too much carbs :D |

That should be doable! |

Added a new goal to weight 109.0 on my birthday. Last time I weighted that was in 2009... |
