What I want

I want to lose weight

Why I do it

Motivation arrived in the form of a challenge at work: Lose 10% of your weight by November 1st 2012. I then decided to go all in and consult a professional nutritionist, effectively changing my food habits as opposed to "just" skipping the typical stuff until the goal is reached. This way I hope to continue past the first few goals and make it to "the other side" (below 100, that is)!

    What eventually sparked the idea of this site - let's meet at 100 at Revision 2013!

Haha, tak. Det er en sjov rejse (det meste af tiden!).
Jeg er stadigvæk til at spotte i landskabet - den største ændring er i virkeligheden nok, at jeg bli'r stangvissen meget tidligere end jeg plejer... men så er jeg da til at kende! :)

Jeg er seriøst bekymret for, at skuffe dig ved ikke at komme farende og give et kram når jeg kommer til TRSAC lige om straks, fordi jeg ikke kan genkende dig. For FILEN du får godt nok smidt nogle kilo! Det er eddermame inspirerende at være vidne til din forvandling! :)
